Gli ultimi quindici anni sono stati vivaci come mai prima nelle politiche di contrasto alla povertà del nostro Paese. Inizialmente sono state realizzate alcune sperimentazioni – Nuova Social Card e Sia – e poi si sono susseguite le prime tre misure strutturali: Reddito d’Inclusione, Reddito di Cittadinanza e Assegno di Inclusione. La recente fase storica, dunque, ha visto la nascita delle politiche contro la povertà in Italia. 
I tempi sono ormai maturi per interrogarsi su questo vivace periodo e per trarne insegnamenti per il futuro. La stagione trascorsa, infatti, lascia un ampio bagaglio di esperienza. È ora il tempo di valorizzare questo patrimonio, cercando di cogliere i tratti essenziali della recente fase storica ed i suoi insegnamenti, così da delineare gli errori da non ripetere e le strade da percorrere.
La sessione si propone, pertanto, di ospitare contributi che esaminino le politiche di contrasto alla povertà della recente fase storica, nel loro insieme o con riferimento a singoli aspetti, e ne traggano messaggi per il futuro. In tale prospettiva, la sessione è aperta ad ogni approccio disciplinare.

Description

The past fifteen years have been more dynamic than ever before in Italy's poverty reduction policies. Initially, some pilot programs were launched – the Nuova Social Card and SIA – followed by the first three structural measures: the Reddito d’Inclusione, the Reddito di Cittadinanza, and the Assegno di Inclusione. Therefore, the recent historical period has witnessed the emergence of poverty reduction policies in Italy.
The time has now come to reflect on this vibrant period and to draw lessons for the future. The past period, in fact, offers a rich wealth of experience. It is now time to value this heritage by trying to identify the essential features of the recent historical phase and its lessons, in order to outline the mistakes to avoid and the paths to follow.
Thus, the session aims to host contributions that examine the poverty reduction policies of the recent historical phase, either in their entirety or with reference to specific aspects, and draw messages for the future. From this perspective, the session is open to all disciplinary approaches.
