Registration and Fee
All participants have to register to the conference. Online registration for the conference closes September 5, 2025. The early bird registration is set for August 21, 2025.
Each paper needs to have at least one registration in order to get the paper included in the conference program.
For those who wish to register on-site, payment will only be accepted in cash.
The registration fees cover participation in the conference, coffee breaks, lunches, and an annual subscription (non-deductible) to the ESPAnet-Italia journal “Politiche Sociali/Social Policies” published by Il Mulino.
No refunds will be issued in case of non-attendance at the conference.
All participants who register to the congress will be given a certificate of participation in online PDF format.
You can register for the next ESPAnet Italia conference in two ways:
Method A: Individual Registration
For Method A, you need to make the payment using the links provided in the table below and then complete the registration form.
In the form, you will be required to enter the payment receipt code (Receipt #0000-0000) which you will receive via email after making the payment. An electronic invoice will be issued for each payment made within fifteen days of the payment.
Method B: Registration through an Affiliated Organization
For Method B, you need to fill out this form providing the required information and an electronic invoicing will be follow.
