Registration and fees

Online Registration for the XIX ESPAnet Italia Conference is open until 4 September 2026.

The early-bird registration deadline is 21 August 2026.

Participants may register either individually or through their affiliated institution.

On-site registration will be available by cash payment only.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.

What the Registration Fee Includes

The conference fee includes:

• access to all conference sessions;
• conference materials;
• lunches and coffee breaks throughout the conference;
• a one-year subscription (mandatory and non-severable) to Politiche Sociali/Social Policies, the official journal of ESPAnet Italia, published by Il Mulino.

Registration Options

Option A – Individual Registration

To register as an individual participant, please:

1. Pay the applicable registration fee using the payment links provided below.
2. Complete the online registration form.

During registration, you will be asked to enter your payment receipt number (Receipt #0000-0000), which will be sent to you by email after your payment has been successfully processed.

An electronic invoice will be issued within 15 days of payment.

Option B – Institutional Registration

If your registration fee is being paid by your university or organisation, please complete this Registration Form.

An electronic invoice will be issued following submission of the form.

Please note that:

• ESPAnet Italia is an Italian non-profit association operating under Law No. 398/1991.
• The association does not apply the Italian split payment mechanism.
• Conference registration fees are subject to Italian VAT and do not qualify as training or educational services.
• The subscription to Politiche Sociali/Social Policies (VAT exempt under Article 74) is a mandatory component of the registration fee for all participants.

Option C – Registration through a Supporting Member

Employees and collaborators of ESPAnet Italia's supporting members (INAPP and INVALSI) should complete the Supporting Member Registration Form.

Registration will be confirmed once the ESPAnet Italia Secretariat has verified the participant's eligibility through the relevant supporting member.

Registration Confirmation

Registration is considered complete only after payment (where applicable) has been received and verified by the Conference Secretariat.

For institutional and supporting member registrations, confirmation will be sent once the relevant administrative checks have been completed.
